From my childhood, I was surrounded by active leisure and various sports, such as outdoor tennis and equestrian sports. I have always been fascinated by the anatomy of the human body and am still amazed at its possibilities.
I am sure that physical activity is the best way to prevent many diseases, treat them and feel stronger and healthier every day. It is important for me to listen to everyone’s individual needs and to plan training purposefully.
